Development
We represent local, regional and national developers, as well as the end users of retail, office, residential, hotel and mixed-use projects. Our representation includes negotiation of acquisitions, sales and leases, construction and permanent financing, and drafting of documents such as reciprocal easement agreements, covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Title Matters
We perform title examinations and assist clients with obtaining title insurance coverage in connection with a variety of transactions, including purchase, sale and refinance transactions.

Financing
We represent borrowers in construction and permanent financing for real estate acquisition and development, including loan commitments, loan agreements, and related loan documents. We have experience in various types of real estate lending transactions, including conduit loans.
