Ryan D. Oxendine is Of Counsel at Herring Mills & Kratt, PLLC. He practices in Raleigh in the Real Estate and Corporate/Business area, and represents purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords and tenants in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of real property locally, statewide, and nationwide. He represents developers of many commercial projects, including residential country club/golf course communities, retail establishments, automobile dealerships, and other projects involving complex transactions on behalf of developers and owners.

Ryan has extensive experience in structuring transactions, joint ventures, and limited liability companies, and the negotiation, drafting and review of partnership, limited liability company, acquisition, sale, financing, management, reciprocal easement and development documentation.

Ryan also has significant experience with asset sales and purchases, buy-sell agreements, general corporate transactions, and in assisting businesses with contractual and commercial issues.
