She provides assistance to veterans and the elderly with government benefits, often visiting traveling to their homes and adult community centers. Her collaborative law practice allows the addition of retirement planning and healthcare planning for older couples going through divorce. Mary Ann Dalton is a 1999 graduate of Campbell University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Washington, and Hawaii. Mary Ann is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its North Carolina Chapter. She is a member of the Elder Law and Dispute Resolution Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Mary Ann is also accredited by the Department of Veteran's Affairs to assist veterans with the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for Veteran's Affairs benefits.
