Mr. Mills is a member of the Family Law Section of Herring Mills & Kratt, PLLC. He has been practicing law in Raleigh, North Carolina since 1991. His practice is limited to Family Law and Adoption. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law. He represents clients in Family Law and Adoption matters in the North Carolina District Courts. He has represented clients in United States District Court in matters related to International Child Abductions and the Hague Convention. He is also a trained Family Law Mediator.
Mr. Mills is an experienced adoption attorney. He is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He represents adoptive parents in agency and independent adoptions, both intrastate and interstate. He also represents birth parents in the adoption process. He is a director of A Child's Hope, LLC, a licensed child placement agency, which provides domestic adoption services.
