Amanda Baxley is a member of the Estate Planning Section of Herring Mills & Kratt, PLLC. She assists clients with their estate planning and administration of their estate through probate. She also assists clients with residential real estate matters.

Amanda graduated from North Carolina State University in 1997 with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. She graduated from New England Law/Boston in 2005. During her time at New England Law, Amanda was a dean's list student and active in the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. She served as legal section editor of the student magazine Due Process and participated in the school's moot court competition.

Amanda is originally from Sanford, North Carolina. She is an avid runner and has competed in several road races. Besides running, Amanda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
